The Ministry of Health in Oman has revised up the fees of various services as part of measures initiated by the government to expand the source of revenues for the government. It may be noted that the government in its budget statement for 2016 had said fees and licences of all government services, including that for resident cards, utility services, real estate transactions, municipal services, vehicle registration and renewal and driving licence will be increased this year.
