Cabinet economic committee approves proposal to link gas prices for fertiliser producers to global fertiliser prices
According to an article on Enterprise, the cabinet economic committee have approved a proposal to alter the natural gas pricing scheme for fertiliser producers that would link gas prices to global fertilisers prices. The article adds that the gas pricing scheme will be reviewed every six months and that fertiliser producers would be allowed to export their production once the Agriculture Ministry’s quota has been met.
